Masterpiece(걸작) is a south korean co-ed group consisting of five members Hyoyeon, Lee Hi, Henry, Bobby, and Kim Hee-Jung.
Hyoyeon( Leader/ Main Rapper)
- Hyoyeon auditioned for S.M. Entertainment at the age of 11 through SM 2000 Casting System.
- Before debuting with Girls’ Generation, she worked with Janet Jackson and was BoA’s silhouette dancer during a performance at M.net KM Music Festival 2005
- In December 2016, she released her first solo song, titled “Mystery” (via SM Station).
- In 2012, she finished in second place on K-Pop Star against Park Jimin and was then signed to YG Ent.
- Hi was supposed to replace Park Jimin in the girl group formed by K-Pop Star but they disbanded and she became a solo artist
- She officially debuted as a solo artist with the song “1, 2, 3, 4” October 28, 2012
Henry(Vocalist)
- He was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
- The S.M. Entertainment Global Audition held in 2006 in Toronto, Canada, selected him from among 3000 contestants.
- Apart from his contract as a singer, Henry also has a contract with SM Entertainment as a songwriter and producer. He has written and produced multiples tracks for various groups.
- He learned to play guitar, drum and piano.
- Bobby is in love with Winnie the Pooh, he received a stuffed Winnie the Pooh since birth from his brother and still has it.
- Bobby’s Winnie appeared in his solo “Runaway” MV.
Kim Hee-Jung(Main Dancer/ Rapper)
- She made her acting debut in 2000 as a child actress
- She is also a member of the South Korean female dance crew Purplow, known by the stage name Bibi.
- On May 2016, Kim signed with YG Entertainment.
