Recently a new k-drama has been growing in popularity. This drama Bride of Habaek, also known as Bride of the Water God is Based of a popular Manhwa or Korean comic. It follows the relationship of the narcissistic Water God Ha Baek and psychiatrist So Ah, whose family is fated to serve the water god for generations. Ha Baek visits earth in order to find a magical stone powerful enough to help him claim his throne. He seeks out the help of his servant So Ah who has no belief in the gods and mistakes him for a delusional crazy person. Things get complicated when when the Wind God Bi Ryum, the Water Goddess Mu Ra, and a hotel CEO/Demi-God Hu Ye show up to complicate things and stop him from reaching his goal.The series is funny and witty and deserves a 9 out of 10
