I found a very interesting Chinese drama called My Amazing Boyfriend it follows the story of Mutant Xue Ling Qiao who has been asleep for centuries, is awakened by the unlucky actress Tian Jing Zhi in a car accident. He then forces his way into living at her house despite his mysterious past. On the outside she acts like she’s not bothered by his super powers, but in reality she tries her best to get rid of the “monster.” Unexpectedly, their torment of each other gradually warms their relationship. This not only lights up their romantic feelings but also reveals a shocking conspiracy that spans centuries. I found the show to be funny and witty. I give it a 7-10

Vampire Prosecutor Review
I just came upon the most interesting K-drama called Vampire Prosecutor its follows the story of Min Tae Yeon a prosecutor who is bitten by somebody and becomes a vampire.
Tae Yeon however decides not to follow the life of a vampire and instead of drinking the blood of innocent people he drinks blood he receives on the black market in the bars of Seoul. He also has the fantastic ability to tell where the victims of his cases died and how they died based on their blood's scent and flavor. The only person who knows of his secret is Detective Hwang Soon Bum . They end up working together in a new joint department between police and prosecutors solving murder cases. They are joined by rookie prosecutor Yoo Jung In, and intern Cho Dong Man. Together, they solve murder cases, and Tae Yeon must use his "powers" to find leads on seemingly unsolvable cases. The one mystery he can't solve is : who was the vampire serial killer that made him a vampire?

Power Rangers Movie Trailer (2017) reaction
I recently saw the Power Rangers movie trailer and personally I have some concerns.
I've been a huge Power Rangers fan since I was a kid so when I heard about a reboot I was all for it.
However from looking at the trailer it seems like they stray a little from the original that's what worries me. I mean it's okay to change it a little but not to much. I also worry how they will portray the rangers Jason, Zack, Trini ,Billy, and Kimberly, their allies Alpha 5 and Zordon, and enemy
Rita Repulsa. Those are my concerns. I do however think that the zords will be awesome and
that the special effects will phenomenal and I'm looking forward to the movie.

It follows the story of Kim Hye-Jin, who was once pretty, and Ji Sung-Joon, who was fat and nerdy. They were childhood friends until Sung-Joon and his father moved to the United States. Fifteen years later Sung-Joon returns to South Korea and arranges to meet Hye-Jin for the first time in many years, but when Hye-Jin sees Sung-Joon he is now handsome and perfect in appearance while Hye-Jin looks nothing like her once pretty former self. She is also unemployed and looking for a job. She can't face him, so she asks her best friend, the beautiful Ha-Ri, to pretend to be her. As an intern at a fashion magazine, Hye-Jin later meets Sung-Joon, who is the editor of the magazine and still does not recognize her. As time goes on Sung-Joon falls in love with Hye-Jin. He later discovers Ha-Ri is not Hye-Jin and comes to the realization that the real

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Review
I love Anime and Manga so when I found a live action version of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon ,a magical girls series, I was ecstatic. It's a little different from the Anime and Manga but it follows the same plot. It still follows five middle school aged girls: perky Usagi Tsukindo, genius Ami Mizuno, supernaturally gifted shrine maiden Rei Hino, tomboy Makoto Kino and J-Pop idol Minako Aino.
With the help of sentient stuffed cats (Luna and Artemis) and Tuxedo Mask they fight Queen Beryl,
her four generals (Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoisite and Kunsite) and Queen Metaria to prevent the destruction of Earth like that of their previous lives. Now, there are some differences in this version of the story. For instance Luna becomes a sailor solider and the game store is a karaoke place.
The actors were new so I can't hold it against them and the effects weren't bad so I give it a 8-10.

It follows a group of girls who sign a contract with Xiong Ya to fight evil as the K.O. Bad Girls in exchange for one wish. But when one of their own is killed at school, they must battle their own inner demons and discover they too are not above the influence of evil. I thought this drama was so interesting. The story and graphics were pretty good, too. The acting was amazing and the actors really brought out the characters. I give it an 8 out of 10 only because of it was a little cheesy.

Saba Doru Review
Hi it's Colin here with another review. Awhile ago I fell in love with a J-Drama called Saba Doru.
Mayu Watanabe of the Japanese music group AKB48 stars as Usa Shijimi a 38-year old teacher. But she has a secret because outside of school she lies about her age to be active as the super popular idol Mayu Watanabe, who is adored by her students. Now I'm a huge of Mayuyu thanks to this drama. I give it a 10 out of 10, because of the great story, acting and music.

Skip Beat Review
Hi it's Colin with another review on another K-Drama to tell you about. It's called Skip Beat and it's based off my favorite Manga of the same name. Now, I love when they make a live action series from Manga or Anime. I feel like I can relate to the characters in ways. Skip Beat originally aired in Taiwan. I love the main character Gong Xi. She a spunky girl who finds out the one she loved is using her as his own personally maid. In a rage she enters the entertainment industry with the intention of getting revenge by surpassing him. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 7 due to my disappointment with the ending. Go see for yourself.

Welcome to K-Drama Plus
Hello my name is Colin. I started this blog to share my thought and reactions on modern K-Drama as well as some J-Drama, a world in which I happen to come across by chance.
K-Drama caught my attention by its vast genres and colorful character. It's a world of romance, friendship and laughter. I think anyone can relate to a character on K-Drama. If you never tried K-Drama I highly recommend you do.
